SURCHARGES FOR ALL MEETINGS TCP INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPOSAL TO FOLD SURCHARGES BY THE COMPANY PRESS

From the Legal Representation of Workers, we call on all TCP information meetings in all databases on the 4th of April. Will report on the proposal submitted by the company for regulatory surcharges, and the referendum procedure.

MAD from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00. (Mad committee office, second floor along ofic. SITCPLA)
PMI from 10:30 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 (local union office USE AIRPORT 6 FIRST FLOOR) 11.00 NCB
AGP
to 13.00 10.30 to 12.30 10.00 to SCQ
TFS 12.00 10.00 to 12.00 and 16.00 to 18.00 TFN.
LPA from 10.00 to 12.00
The agreement to be discussed at these meetings and decide in a referendum is the following: --------------------------

Proposal submitted by the company on setting surcharges base:
• Ability to assign up to two SB's on all flights.
• Crews affected (in 2010) for production or operational settings, return to their status as SB after signing the agreement, without regard to retroactive economic perception plus the SB.
• Crews affected (from 1 January 2008) for production or operational adjustments maintain the old technology despite not exercising functions of SB.
• The company is willing to explore with the TCR within the programming committee of the implementation of tools sufficient to avoid any uncertainty about the roles of those SB capable of performing functions of TCP.
• Seasonal adjustment will only track "SB'S downs as a brand of art. II 3.4 of the Collective Agreement, if: a.
SB'S doubling of a base, do not get the minimum set de 65 horas a cada uno de ellos (o el establecido en cada momento) durante 2 meses consecutivos.
b. No exista operación en la base.
• Se ofrecerá al SB que tenga que ser bajado o que esté bajado la posibilidad de cambio de base operativa si hay vacantes en otras bases, siempre que en dicha base no haya SB en esa misma situación.
• Preaviso de 1 mes para cambios de función.
• Si se necesitasen SB temporales en una base, se permitirá a los SB que no estén ejerciendo funciones de SB cubrir estas vacantes.
• Percibirá el 50% del plus de SB.
• Pérdida del plus de SB debido a la no aceptación del cambio de función
